What to send

• A head-size guide, a photo position on a print sheet, or a scale bar length that doesn't match what the Methods and Sources page describes. Include the page, your browser, and the paper you printed on.
• A change in the photo requirements on the State Department's pages, with a link to the page.
• A photo file the tool couldn't open. Tell us the file type and your browser. You don't need to send the photo itself.

What we can't answer

We can't tell you whether your photo will be accepted. YepPhoto doesn't judge photos, and the U.S. Department of State decides whether a photo is accepted. We also can't retouch photos or remove backgrounds, because YepPhoto doesn't retouch photos or replace backgrounds.
